Now the house wine of the restaurant, it reflects their love of small, quality-focused producers, and comes from specific tanks selected by them at Antonio Monteiro's 15 hectare estate in northern Portugal. Bone dry, with a slight spritz, it is vibrant and immensely refreshing.
