Standard UK Delivery
To most UK postcodes, delivery is free when you spend £200. For smaller orders, there is a courier charge. We use APC's next working day fragile/liquids service. Delivery is usually within three working days.

If you would like delivery on a specific day or need your order urgently, please reply to your order confirmation email and we will do our best to help. If your order includes any pre-order items it will usually be despatched once everything is in stock.
If you would like to add to an existing order that has not yet been despatched, please place a new order and choose store collection. We will combine the orders for you and you will not be overcharged for delivery.
Store Collection and Local Delivery
You can place an order online to collect from our shop free of charge. Just select this option when you check out.
We offer a local delivery service to addresses near us (postcodes beginning TQ9). If your order qualifies, you will see this option when you check out. Local deliveries are made by within five working days and are free when you spend £50. For smaller orders, there is a charge of £4.95.
Remote UK, offshore UK and other countries
Remote and offshore UK deliveries take longer and carry a surcharge. Delivery to these areas is free when you spend £500.

We do not offer direct delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or to any other country, but we are happy to work with your third-party wine shipper. We recommend you contact Davies Turner for a quote.
If you change your mind - no problem. We accept returns up to 28 days from delivery. Contact us and we will be happy to help.
If you suspect a wine is corked or otherwise faulty, reseal it and contact us within 24 hours. We may need to collect the bottle for analysis. Once we confirm a fault, we will issue you with a credit, refund or replacement, subject to availability. Please note that the wine must have been purchased from us within six months and been properly stored.
The point at which a wine becomes 'too old' is subject to a large degree of personal taste. We regret that we cannot issue credits, refunds or replacements for older bottles (10 years or more). These are sold as seen.
