Domaine de Triennes Rosé 2022
You couldn’t imagine a more illustrious team to start a domaine than Burgundy superstars Jacques Seyss of Domaine Dujac and Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Established in 1989, Triennes is now unsurprisingly an excellent producer situated high in the Var region of Provence. Where better to source a definitive example of modern Provençal rosé? This is pale, dry and delicate with flavours of strawberry and wild flowers. The perfect accompaniment to a summer afternoon.
