Argyros' Estate Assyrtiko is the flagship for this outstanding Santorini producer. The blend comes from a selection of 100-120 year old ungrafted vines in some of the best areas of the island. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, where the wine is aged on its lees for a further three months. This is a fantastic wine, with energy, power and elegance in spades. If we were to choose one wine as an introduction to Santorini Assyrtiko, this would be it.
