Jean-Paul Brun has owned and run Domaine des Terres Dorées since 1977. One of the best traditional producers in the region, the wines are all superb, Burgundian-inspired examples of their respective appellations. This Beaujolais Blanc (100% Chardonnay) is a wonderful find. It offers richness combined with a degree of focus and energy normally reserved for the much more famous Chardonnays found further north. At this price, it outshines any white Burgundy we've tasted.
