COS is one of the best producers on Sicily, making lovely, traditional wines in the south east of the island. Their Cerasuolo di Vittoria is a blend of the dark, powerful Nero d'Avola (60%) with the lighter, fresher Frappato variety. The combination works beautifully, making a delicious medium-bodied wine that is a joy to drink.
