Brothers Julien and Max Fournier run their family domaine, specilaising in Pinot Meunier-dominated Champagnes that offer amazing value for money. Using oak vessels judiciously, the wines have a wonderful richness that is hugely appetising. This 'Réserve' bottling includes 40% reserve wine and is aged for four years before release. The blend is 80% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. It is a wonderful Champagne of toasty, appley complexity.
