Will Davenport makes a range of outstanding wines from 24 acres of organically farmed vineyard in Kent and Sussex. While the focus is on sparkling wine, a small amount from the Diamond Fields site is reserved for this still wine. It is irrisitably delicious - light and easy drinking, like fresh strawberry juice.
