UK Delivery

We offer fast UK-wide delivery via APC and Royal Mail.

Delivery to most UK postcodes is usually made within 1-3 working days.

Most orders are despatched from our shop using APC's Next Working Day Fragile/Liquids service, or (for orders of up to two bottles) Royal Mail's Tracked service. We despatch these orders during our shop opening hours.

Some orders come direct from our bonded warehouse (LCB) via their own transport. This typically takes 1-2 working days.

To most UK postcodes delivery is charged as follows:

  • APC Courier - free when you spend £200 or buy 12+ bottles. Otherwise £9.95. 
  • Royal Mail Tracked - £5.95 for any order of up to two bottles. 

If your postcode falls within APC's remote or offshore zones you will be charged more for courier delivery. Please see below for more information.

If your address falls within APC's remote or offshore zones, you may be charged more for delivery.

For orders of up to two bottles, you can still opt for Royal Mail's Tracked service at just £5.95.

For all other orders APC Courier delivery is charged as follows:

  • Scottish Highlands - £19.95
  • Scottish Islands - £25.95
  • Northern Ireland - £28.95
  • Isle of Wight - £19.95

Courier delivery to these areas is free when you spend £500.

Local Delivery & Store Collection

We deliver wine for free in Totnes, and you can also choose to collect your order from our shop.

Our local delivery area covers postcodes beginning TQ9 5.

  • Local delivery is FREE when you spend £50.
  • If your order is below £50 you won't see the local delivery option when you check out, but you can still choose store collection.

Local deliveries are made by us within five working days.

You can also choose to collect your order from our Totnes shop. This is FREE for orders of any size.

Returns

If you change your mind, no problem. We accept returns up to 28 days from delivery.

You can cancel your order or return any unwanted wine up to 28 days from delivery. Please contact us and we will be happy to help.

  • If you suspect a wine is corked or otherwise faulty, reseal it and contact us within 24 hours. We may need to collect the bottle. Once we confirm a fault, we will issue you with a credit, refund or replacement, subject to availability. The wine must have been purchased from us within the previous six months and been properly stored.
  • The point at which a wine becomes 'too old' is subject to a large degree of personal taste. We regret that we cannot issue credits, refunds or replacements for older bottles (10 years or more). These are sold as seen.
