Zafeirakis Limniona 'Terracotta' 2019
Christos Zafeirakis is the leading producer of Limniona, an extremely rare Greek grape variety which may be Greece's answer to Pinot Noir. Who knows? But what is clear is that all of the reds from Zafeirakis are superb - among the best in the country. This 'Terracotta' cuvée is aged in clay amphorae, which adds a drying, stony minerality to the soft berry fruit of the variety.
