Vieux Télégraphe make classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Named after a nearby tower built in in 1793 by Claude Chappe (inventor of the optical telegraph system), the vines are planted in a small area named La Crau. This wine is beautifully refined, finely-balanced and approachable on release, but with the potential to evolve over many years.
