For a combination of deliciousness and interest, Atma White must be one of the best value wines we sell. Made by the ceaselessly innovative Apostolos Thymiopoulos, it is 30% Malagousia and 70% Xinomavro - a black grape but here used to make a white wine by removing the skins. It is a lovely, floral wine best drunk young.
|Blend||70% Xinomavro, 30% Malagousia|
|Region||Greece > Macedonia|
|Vineyard||The Xinomavro is from young vines in Apostolos' own vineyards, and the Malagousia is from the village of Fytia, 500-600m above sea level.|

|Winemaking||Xinomavro is a black grape, but Thymiopoulos uses the fruit from his youngest vines to make a white wine, which he blends with Malagousia.|
