Regular price £55Thibaud Boudignon farms 3.5 hectares in the heart of Anjou and Savennières, from which he makes what must be some of the most exciting wines in the Loire Valley. Very much of the opinion that wine is made in the vineyard, he devotes himself to the health of his vines and keeps the winemaking simple. Clos de Frémine is next to Clos de la Hutte in Possonniere. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged mostly in old oak barrels, it is the most floral of Boudignon's wines.
