Mavro Kalavrytino is another rare Greek grape saved from extinction by Tetramythos. Like their other wines in the 'Naturε' range, this is made with minimal intervention and minimal sulphur additions. It is soft, light and delicate, with a lovely dark fruit flavour and a touch of spice.
100% Mavro Kalavrytino. 35 year old vines. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in large oak barrels for five months. Minimal sulphur additions.
