Tenuta delle Terre Nere Etna Bianco 2021
Marco de Grazia of Tenuta delle Nere first made his Etna Bianco simply in order to remove the white grapes from his Rosso, into which they were traditionally blended. It is a field blend of various indigenous varieties, all old vines, which come together to make an authentic Mount Etna wine. Now a classic, it is deliciously drinkable, with great freshness and minerality - and it could only come from these volcanic soils.
