Ronchi di Cialla craft excellent wines from native local varieties, like Ribolla Gialla. Grown in Friuli's Cialla Valley, this dry white has a lovely flavour of ripe apples and pears, with excellent freshness and balance.
Fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel, and aged for around three months.
