From our good friends at Noble Rot (both our favourite London wine bar/restaurant and our favourite wine magazine) comes this perfect Vinho Verde. Now the house wine of the restaurant, it reflects their love of small, quality-focused producers, and comes from specific tanks selected by them at Antonio Monteiro's 15 hectare estate in northern Portugal. Bone dry, with a slight spritz, it is vibrant and immensely refreshing.
15 hectare estate. Not certified organic but absolutely minimal use of chemicals in the vineyards and low-intervention approach in the winery.
