Quarticello's Lambrusco Neromaestri is a thoroughly old-school Lambrusco - the way it used to be made. With bright cherry fruit, a subtle earthy character and an absolutely dry finish, it is tailor-made for a table laden with the local cheese and salami. Lambrusco like this must be one of the world's most joyful wines.
Fermented with wild yeasts. Second fermentation in bottle with a little must added. Not disgorged.
|Blend||Lambrusco Maestri, Lambrusco Grasparossa|
