Aligoté is Burgundy's other white grape, and with the classic Chardonnay wines from the best producers climbing ever higher in price, it is the source of some of the region's increasingly rare bargains. Pierre Morey's Aligoté is from old vines in Meursault. It's a sophisticated, mineral white with real elegance.
