On the island of Lesvos (or Lesbos), Methymnaeos make three wines - red, white and orange - all from the same grape variety, Chidriotiko. The grapes are organically farmed and fermentaion is by wild yeasts. The red is delicious, full of cruchy red fruit. Best served cool.
