Jeff Coutelou is possibly our favourite natural wine producer, making a series of wines of uplifting purity, full of life and perfectly balanced. The various cuvées change in both name and content from vintage to vintage, but Jeff's style always shines through. Sauvé de le Citerne is a delicious blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache.
