Jeff Coutelou's wines are a mystery. Each year you're never sure quite what will appear, and the wine known as 'Classe' has been made from completely different vineyards and grape varieties on various occasions. It doesn't matter - whatever you can get, buy, and you won't be disappointed. This is a natural wine as all should be - impeccable fruit gently made into a drink of extraordinary purity. Beguilingly delicious.
