Dominique Lucas left his native Burgundy for Haute-Savoie and a freer approach to making wine. Working mostly with the Chasselas grape variety, he experiments with various fermentation vessels and farms biodynamically. This wine is 100% Chasselas, raised in concrete eggs. It is a remarkable alpine wine of many layers, with a dense, mineral core cut through with fresh acidity.
