Matthieu and Marie are the 11th generation of the Boesch family to take charge of this domaine, the latest in an unbroken line stretching back to 1640. Although most of the wine is white, they have a small plot of 30 year old Pinot Noir vines, from which they make this lovely red. Made simply and aged in old oak barrels, it is fresh, tangy and has surprising weight to it.
