Langham Corallian Classic Cuvée NV

Tommy Grimshaw, from our own home of Totnes, is the winemaker at Langham in Dorset. Claiming inspiration from some of the top grower Champagne producers, these English sparkling wines are some of the best and most interesting we have tasted. Corallian is a blend of 81% Chardonnay, 11% Pinot Noir and 8% Pinot Meunier including 24% reserve wine from older vintages. Fermented with wild yeasts in a combination of stainless steel and old oak, the final blend is aged for 14 months on its lees. The result is a complex, fresh and energising wine.
