La Stoppa in Emilia-Romgna, not far from the Trebbia River, make delicious, authentic wine from native grape varieties, farmed organically. Trebbiolo is their young vine red, made with a blend of Barbera and Bonarda. It is a bright, crisp and zingy wine with lots of fresh berry fruit. Perfect for the table.
