Côt is a grape variety better known as Malbec. In its Argentinian form it is usually full-bodied and oaky, but this from the Loire Valley is something else altogether. Unoaked and packed with ripe red berry fruit, it is juicy and deliciously fresh.
Cot is Malbec. Fermented in stainless steel. No oak.
