Judith Beck owns 15 hectares of vines in Burgenland, which have been farmed biodynamically since 2007. Pink is a blend of Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch. Fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks then aged for four months on its lees, it is a refreshing dry rosé with a subtle red berry flavour.
