Hirsch 2016 West Ridge Pinot NoirRegular price £79.95
Hirsch Vineyards is on the extreme western Sonoma Coast, adjacent to the San Andreas Fault. It is remote and isolated, but a special site for wine. Hirsch Pinot Noirs are always complex, finely-poised and delicate - very much Burgundy-inspired. West Ridge is a selection of the finest and most expressive blocks on the west ridge of Hirsch, planted between 1990 and 2003. The most delicate of Hirsch's Pinot Noirs, it is a gorgeous, subtle, multi-dimensional wine.
Very charming with depth. Great freshness and balance.
