Another beautiful wine from the Hatzidakis stable, Nykteri is 100% Assyrtiko made with fruit from very old, high altitude vines. The grapes are left to ripen longer than usual, and the wine is aged in a mix of different oak barrels. The result is a particularly rich Santorini, cut through with wonderful freshness.
