Francesco Rinaldi 2019 Dolcetto d’Alba Roussot
Francesco Rinaldi is a superb producer of Barolo, and his Dolcetto d'Alba is a steal. It is made from a single hectare of Dolcetto vines named 'Roussot', which is actually part of the famous Cannubi vineyard. The site is unbeatable, and the wine is excellent for drinking immediately, but could also be kept for up to five years.
One hectare of vines in Barolo, part of the Cannubi vineyard in fact, planted around 1975. Fermented in stainless steel.
