Whether Fatalone's Primitivo is so good because of 'the application of music therapy' during the winemaking process we don't know. But whatever they're doing, it works. This is consistently one of the most best wines in the region, a rich, concentrated red with lots of dark cherry flavour balanced with freshness and minerality. The grapes are all farmed organically. The Riserva bottling is aged for longer and is even richer and bolder than the regular cuvée.
