The two Indiana Jones-like hunters behind Equipo Navazos scour the cellars of Jerez and the surrounding areas for one-off casks of Sherry. When they find what they are looking for - old (sometimes very old) wines of exceptional quality - they release them in a limited edition series of numbered bottlings. Their 'I Think' Manzanilla is less rare and expensive than the 'La Bota' series, and is intended as a high quality introduction to them and the style. A dry, saline, Manzanilla with a golden colour and lovely intensity, it offers outstanding value.
