The two Indiana Jones-like hunters behind Equipo Navazos scour the cellars of Jerez and the surrounding areas for one-off casks of Sherry. When they find what they are looking for - old (sometimes very old) wines of exceptional quality - they release them in tiny quantities. When they are gone, they're gone. This dry Oloroso is hugely complex, dark and nutty.
