Táganan is the local name for the rugged vineyard land in the northeast of Tenerife. In this wild landscape, perched on cliffs above the Atlantic, a whole mix of vine varieties are planted. Envínate's Táganan Tinto is a beautiful, pale red wine made from a blend of these many varieties, farmed by 15 separate families. It is fresh, aromatic and with a bright, fresh cherry character and a herbal, smoky edge.
Fermented with wild yeasts. Aged in a mix of small tanks and oak barrels for eight months.
|Blend||Vijariego Negro, Negramol, Moscatel Negra, Listán Negro, Listan Gacho|
