Domaine Dujac is unquestionably one of the great names in Burgundy, with 11.5 hectares including illustrious Grand and Premier Cru sites. This wine is the village-level Morey-St-Denis, and like all Dujac wines it is wonderfully fragrant, with aromas of wild cherry and floral notes. It is also supremely well-balanced and although delicious on release will unfurl over at least 15 years in bottle.
Bright garnet. Rich and dense and serious. Long-term wine. Real density and ambition. Very successful wine!
