Domaine du Bel Air Bourgueil 'Jour de Soif' 2019
Domaine du Bel Air is fast emerging as one of the top producers in the Loire Valley. Pierre Gauthier organically farms eighteen hectares of mostly old, low-yielding vines in some of the best parts of Borugueil. From these vines he produces a range of Cabernet Franc wines that are focused, balanced and with great ageing potential. Jour de Soif is the softest and most approachable of the range, but still has very impressive complexity and structure.
