Domaine de Courbissac is a biodynamic estate owned by German film producer Reinhard Brundig. The winemaker is Brunnhilde Claux, who has previously worked for Gérard Gauby and Dominik Huber. The wines have a wonderful freshness not found in most Minervois. 'Les Traverses' red is a joyful blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre bursting with ripe fruit flavours and energy. Delicious stuff.
