De Souch 2015 Jurançon Sec
Regular price £34In 1987, 60 year old Yvonne Hegoburu decided to plant vines in memory of her husband and start making wine. Still going strong all these years later, Domaine de Souch has become one of the finest producers in Jurançon. The vines are farmed biodynamically, and the wines have an incredible freshness running through them. The dry Jurançon is a 50-50 blend of Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng, aged in old oak for 24 months. It has great instensity, a powerful citrus character and bracing freshness.
50% Petit Manseng, 50% Gros Manseng. Aged for two years in used oak.
