Dalamara are responsible for one of Greece's greatest single-vineyard wines - 'Paliokalias'. It is wonderful, but it can take a while to come round. Fortunately, while you're waiting for it to emerge from its shell, there is this more approachable red from their other vineyards. With bright cherry fruit, lovely freshness and fine, silky tannins, it's a delicious introduction to an outstanding producer.
