Chavy-Chouet 2018 Bourgogne Blanc 'Les Femelottes' (magnum)
Regular price £59/
Chavy-Chouet's 'Femelottes' ticks all the boxes as a rare Burgundy bargain. Made by the talented Romaric Chavy, the fruit comes from a single vineyard within the village of Puligny-Montrachet itself. The quality is outstanding for the price - it is layered, mineral and a delight to drink. Although labelled as a humble Bourgogne Blanc this could certainly improve with a few years in the cellar, but it is already delicious on release.
