Chloe Chatziviritis, one of the best young winemakers in Greece, is reinventing her family domaine as a source of seriously good, skilfully made natural wines. The Minimus series features three wines - Mi (white), Ni (orange) and Mus (red), from organically grown grapes, fermented with wild yeasts. Mi is Assyrtiko, Greece's best white variety, and is wonderfully complex, deeply flavoured and perfectly balanced.
