Catherine and Pierre Breton are leading lights for organic viticulture in the Loire Valley, producing a range of wines from eleven hectares just east of Bourgueil. Most of the wines are red, but they also make some lovely Vouvray. Dilettante Sec is bottled in the spring following the harvest and is a delicious white that sings with energy, made to be drunk young and fresh.
