Gewürztraminer might be more familiar to most as a speciality of Alsace, but it takes its name from the village of Tramin in northern Italy. Cantina Terlano make a benchmark example. It has Gewürztraminer's classic lychee aroma and is expertly balanced on the palate, being slightly spicy, richly textured and yet perfectly refreshing.
Fermented and aged on its lees in stainless steel for 6-7 months.
|Appellation||Alto Adige Terlano|
