Cantina Terlano in the village of the same name produces some of Italy's best and longest-lived whites. Terlaner' is their bestseller, a blend of Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc made since shortly after the winery was founded in 1893, and is for earlier drinking. Full-bodied, with flavours of green apple it is a rich, sumptuous white wine made for the table.
Hand-harvested, southwest-facing vineyards between 250 and 900m above sea level. Around the village of Terlano near the Austrian border. Fermented in stainless steel. Aged 5-7 months on its lees in a mix of stainless steel tanks (80%) and large oak barrels (20%).
