Pepe Raventós makes beautiful still, natural wines under the Can Sumoi name. The project is located in an old estate at 650m altitude in the Serra de l’Home mountain range. The 350 year old stone walls contain thirty hectares of old Montonega, Xarel-lo and Sumoll vines, all of which are farmed biodynamically. La Rosa is made with minimal intervention including zero sulphur additions. It is a perfumed, dry, enormously refreshing rosé.
Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites.
