Argyros Atlantis White 2021
The Atlantis wines offer an introduction to the Argyros range, one of the top estates on Santorini, at a very reasonable price. The white is 90% Assyrtiko with 5% each of Athiri and Aidani, from vines that are between 10 and 60 years old. Fermented in stainless steel and bottled after four months, it is a lovely crisp white designed for drinking within three years.
