Argyros 2017 Cuvée Evdemon

Argyros' Cuvée Evdemon is made from 150 year old Assyrtiko vines grown in a single, biodynamically farmed vineyard in Pyrgos. It is fermented in stainless steel, then 25% is aged in French oak barriques for a year, with the rest matured for 30 months on its lees in steel. The finished wine is another stunning example of Assyrtiko from Argyros. Complex, ageworthy, powerful and bursting with energy, this is a brilliant achievement.
