Vinsanto (not to be confused with the Tuscan 'Vin Santo') is a speciality of Santorini, and Argyros are the masters. The combination of bracing, fresh acidity and concentrated, rich, sweet fruit make this one of the world's best value and longest-lived sweet wines. They make three - a twelve year old, a twenty year old and this four year old. Although this is the lightest, it's still massively complex with flavours of dried fruit and herbs that go on and on.
