Anselmi's I Capitelli is Recioto di Soave in all but name (Anselmi left the appellation long ago to forge his own path). Made from overripe Garganega grapes that are sun-dried to concentrate them, this naturally sweet wine has an intense passion fruit and lemon flavour, and a honeyed richness offset with lovely fresh acidity.
